1. The service. SmartChains provides technology integration, monitoring, reporting and operational workflow support for digital asset activities. The service is read-only and does not custody, transfer, trade, stake or manage any assets.

2. Information only. Reports, alerts and dashboards are informational and operational in nature. Final investment, legal, compliance and operational decisions rest with the client and their advisors.

3. Third-party data. Where licensed third-party blockchain intelligence providers are used, such data is used only as permitted by the applicable vendor agreements and is not resold or redistributed as a standalone data product.

4. Acceptable use. Clients may only monitor addresses and data they are authorized to monitor. The service may not be used to facilitate illegal activity or circumvent sanctions.
